Meeting Facilities

Many customers need to get some business completed before they head outside to our activities. We have a purpose built meeting room, set in beautiful Warwickshire countryside, that provides the ideal setting for a meeting / presentation.

The room can accommodate up to 16 people and comes fully equipped with:

• Data projector
• Screen
• Flip chart & pens
• Tea / coffee / water
• Free parking
• Wifi*
• Outdoor patio area

Meeting Room Costs

A half-day hire costs £24 per person (typically 09.00 - 12.30 or 13.00 - 16.00) and a full-day will cost £30 per person (typically 09.00 - 16.00). These costs are based on a minimum billing of six people.

Catering can be added to this from our menu or you can opt for a light lunch (£5 per person for sandwiches, crisps a slice of cake and a piece of fruit).

Clubhouse Hire

For larger groups (up to 50 people) you can hire our Clubhouse for a meeting. This is centrally located and has the following facilities:

• 50 person theatre style or 30 person board room style seating 
• Tea, coffee, chilled water and snack vending machine
• 80 space car park
• Data projector
• Screen
• Flip chart & pens
• Wifi*
• Large outdoor patio area

Contact the office if you wish to hire the Clubhouse, it's always in high demand so advance notice is required.

* Wifi is generally available but do be aware that we are located out in the countryside - occasional loss of broadband is possible (fallen branches and a farmer hedge cutting have left us without internet in the past!)
